Sansbury was employed as an Operations and Maintenance Institutional Planner from 2000 until his separation from the company in 2003, Relators’ Compl. ¶ 4; James Buechler was employed as an Assistant Project Manager at the FDA from July 2003 until August 2005, Id. ¶ 5.
