Whsitleblower Attorney New Jersey

Paul Brickfield is based in Northern New Jersey (Bergen County) and serves primarily as local counsel for the Whistleblower Law Team on qui tam False Claims Act cases filed in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and New Jersey State courts. The matters he has handled mainly involved healthcare fraud against the Medicare and Medicaid programs.

Prior to working on whistleblower matters with Whistleblower Law Team members, Paul was both a federal and state prosecutor. He served as Assistant U.S. Attorney (Deputy Chief for the Special Prosecutions Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office in Newark, New Jersey) and an Assistant County Prosecutor (First Assistant Bergen County Prosecutor).
