Tom Fallati is based in Albany, New York and represents clients in False Claims Act qui cases and other whistleblower actions. Prior to returning to Albany, Tom was an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of New York in Brooklyn, New York from 2002 to 2005, where he prosecuted white collar crimes, including securities fraud, tax evasion, health care fraud and insurance fraud. While in New York City, he also practiced for several years at large law firms, where he worked extensively on investigations.
